2003年10月，公司投資860萬元收購平頂山市唯一一家中葯生產企業——平頂山市第二制葯廠，成立聖光集團三恩葯業有限公司，涉足制葯行業。2004年6月順利通過GMP認證，並投資新建現代化生產車間，配備了中葯炮製、提取精製、中成葯片劑、顆粒劑等現代化生產線，豐富了產品結構，奠定了公司在中成葯生產領域發展的基礎。
2004年9月收購平頂山市原罐頭廠，完成公司改制，同時使公司在平頂山市區擁有自己的地產，為公司進入房地產領域奠定基礎。
2005年，在政府的支持下，公司在新城區獲得了擴建廠房所需的500畝土地，開始新廠建設。
2006年3月，創立平頂山市豪嘉園房地產開發公司，第一個項目「水岸嘉園」小區在2008年3月份就完成了銷售。
2006年6月底新廠區整體搬遷完成，擁有了現代化的生產車間，生產規模劇增，年生產量首次突破10億支。
2007年6月份，投資2000多萬元，收購、改造郟縣康寧醫葯公司，成立聖光集團醫葯物流有限公司，進入醫葯物流行業。
2007年9月份，成立河南聖光集團，發揮集團化運作優勢，整合現有資源，提高公司綜合實力，著力打造聖光品牌。
2007年10月16日第一個愛心大葯房開業運營，12月份成立愛心大葯房有限公司，標志著公司進入醫葯零售連鎖行業。
2008年5月份，組建聖光集團中葯材種植公司，開始進入葯材種植行業，利用舞鋼市天然的葯材種植條件，逐步建立自己的葯材種植基地。
2008年6月，公司投資3.3億元在郟縣征地210畝，建成醫用製品公司郟縣分廠和一個30000平方米的現代化醫葯物流倉庫，2009年3月份投入運營。
2008年8月份開始投資1.2億元進行郟縣新廠建設，於2009年2月份建成投產，新增生產規模10億支。
