首先說怎麼成為分析師，對於宏觀經濟的分析，對於短線技術的研究，上市公司的研究，這些是最基本的。
分析師是需要面對客戶的，所以在和客戶交流時能不能讓客戶信服很重要，
1：年齡要高一些吧，起碼說明閱歷高
2：長相氣質要好吧，能使人信服。
3：說話要沉穩，溝通技巧要好，
尤其是第三項，非常重要，這個也需要長期與客戶溝通中，才能鍛煉出來的。真的會形成氣場的。
再說成為分析師之後，怎麼開展工作，分析師不能在大街發單子，拉客戶吧。只能在營業部坐鎮，等客戶經理把客戶拉回來，你來給他們講課。巧婦難為無米之炊，如果客戶經理拉不來客戶，你會感覺，想工作也使不上勁。
分析師是要講求包裝的，多上電視，廣播。這些都需要門路和資質。
總之，不好做的。

股票分析師有一種專業詞語叫研究員。
分析師也會有普通研究員和高級研究員，還有首席分析員，達觀研究員，行業研究員之分，等等，有大機構的研究所里的研究員，以及獨立咨詢研究機構的研究員。
普通分析師就業有困難，必須有一定的經驗才有證券機構會錄取。當前普通股票分析師是比較多的，但是好的股票分析師比較少。
這個行業的特徵是一邊是需求很大，另一邊則是滿足需要的人才卻很少。
總之，這個行業未來發展是很大的，但當前收入則因為不同的環境有不同的收入，有的股票分析師（研究員）年薪只有5萬元左右，有的高級研究員年薪是400萬元。

Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE) is one of the premier universities specialized in finance and economics in China.
