首先说怎么成为分析师，对于宏观经济的分析，对于短线技术的研究，上市公司的研究，这些是最基本的。
分析师是需要面对客户的，所以在和客户交流时能不能让客户信服很重要，
1：年龄要高一些吧，起码说明阅历高
2：长相气质要好吧，能使人信服。
3：说话要沉稳，沟通技巧要好，
尤其是第三项，非常重要，这个也需要长期与客户沟通中，才能锻炼出来的。真的会形成气场的。
再说成为分析师之后，怎么开展工作，分析师不能在大街发单子，拉客户吧。只能在营业部坐镇，等客户经理把客户拉回来，你来给他们讲课。巧妇难为无米之炊，如果客户经理拉不来客户，你会感觉，想工作也使不上劲。
分析师是要讲求包装的，多上电视，广播。这些都需要门路和资质。
总之，不好做的。

股票分析师有一种专业词语叫研究员。
分析师也会有普通研究员和高级研究员，还有首席分析员，达观研究员，行业研究员之分，等等，有大机构的研究所里的研究员，以及独立咨询研究机构的研究员。
普通分析师就业有困难，必须有一定的经验才有证券机构会录取。当前普通股票分析师是比较多的，但是好的股票分析师比较少。
这个行业的特征是一边是需求很大，另一边则是满足需要的人才却很少。
总之，这个行业未来发展是很大的，但当前收入则因为不同的环境有不同的收入，有的股票分析师（研究员）年薪只有5万元左右，有的高级研究员年薪是400万元。

Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE) is one of the premier universities specialized in finance and economics in China. Finance as the core of modern economy plays a dominating role in economic development nowadays.
